At The Realms of Asgard (TROA), gaming is more than a pastime; it’s a way to build lasting friendships and form a community where everyone feels at home. As a Non-Profit Organization (NPO), TROA is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for gamers across the globe. Diversity is celebrated here, and every voice matters.

Honor Code

As a member of TROA, I understand that I must at ALL times abide by the Honor Code and will treat each member with dignity and respect. While gaming with members and leaders, I will never attack another member verbally or otherwise.

Respect and Inclusivity

• Respect: Treat every member with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or toxicity based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or other characteristics will not be tolerated.

• Inclusivity: Be mindful of diverse perspectives and backgrounds to foster a welcoming environment.

Language and Communication

• Appropriate Language: Use respectful and appropriate language in all interactions.

• No Hate Speech: TROA has zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, stalking, or abusive content.

• No Spamming: Spamming or intentionally annoying others is prohibited.

Privacy and Personal Information

• Privacy: Do not share personal information without explicit consent.

• Reporting: Breaches should be reported to Moderation Staff using appropriate channels or by emailing odin@therealmsofasgard.com.

Gaming Etiquette

• Cheating Prohibited: Cheating, modding, bridging, standbying, or exploiting game mechanics in any form will result in a permanent ban.

• Professional Representation: Carry yourself professionally, refraining from using offensive emblems, clan tags, or banners.

• Gaming Community Rules: Membership in other gaming communities is allowed, provided the member does not actively participate in rank structures of other clans.

General Code of Conduct

3. Language: Maintain decorum in all communication.

4. Professionalism: Act responsibly and professionally.

Mental Health Support

At TROA, we recognize the importance of mental health and strive to create a supportive environment for all members. Mental health challenges are real and valid, and we encourage open dialogue and empathy within the community.

• Safe Space: TROA is a safe space where members can share their experiences without fear of judgment or discrimination.

• Respect Boundaries: Respect the boundaries of others. Sharing personal experiences is voluntary, and no one should feel pressured to disclose their mental health journey.

• Awareness and Advocacy: TROA promotes mental health awareness and supports initiatives that encourage understanding and kindness.

• Community Support: If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out to our Moderation Staff or trusted members for guidance and support. We are here to help foster a sense of belonging and care.

Strike System

TROA enforces a four-strike system:

• First Strike: Timeout for one week.

• Second Strike: Verbal warning.

• Third Strike: Documented warning.

• Fourth Strike: Removal and potential ban.

Appeals Process

• Not Banned: Create an appeal ticket on Discord.

• Banned: Appeal on the TROA website or email odin@therealmsofasgard.com.

Misinformation and Bashing

Spreading misinformation or bashing TROA services is unacceptable. Unhappy members are encouraged to leave respectfully.

• Moderation Compliance: Respect moderators’ decisions.

Website Code of Conduct

• Respectful Interaction: Engage respectfully.

• Relevant Content: Share appropriate and relevant material.

• Adherence to TOS: Violations result in immediate banning.

Game Server Code of Conduct

• Fair Play: No cheating or exploiting game mechanics.

• Respect: Treat players courteously.

• Specific Rules: Follow the rules for specific servers such as Space Engineers and FiveM TROA RP.
